Model Spotlight: KIANO

KIANO

Named for his eldest grandson, the highly-stylized Kiano is the more traditional of the two Lulo Reinhardt Signature models. Beginning with 50 mm width at the nut, Kiano's neck meets the body at the 12th fret-- the most harmonically rich point of the scale length-- bringing its resonation fully into play. A gentle 500 mm fingerboard radius makes complex chording breeze.  The Kiano is equipped with a Fishman Presys Blend system. This convenient electronics package give players the ability to plug in and be heard from the stage with a custom balance of undersaddle piezo pickup and built in microphone sources.  Kremona worked closely with Lulo -- the great grand nephew of Django Reinhardt-- on a series of guitars distinctive enough in tone and looks to inspire new directions, while nodding respectfully to the artistry in his family heritage.  Each instrument is handsigned at the label by Lulo himself.
